Are you a strategic and creative social media manager with a passion for TikTok and Instagram? Do you know how to create content that not only engages—but converts? SheCom Club is looking for a proactive, independent, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team!

???? What You’ll Do

Build and execute content strategies for TikTok and Instagram
Grow and engage our free community through organic social media tactics
Edit short-form videos and design cohesive IG grids
Create and manage weekly content calendars
Monitor and report analytics to inform strategy
Lead and execute engagement efforts (DMs, comments, outreach)
Collaborate with our marketing team on brand tone, trends, and visual storytelling

BONUS: Experience with email marketing is a huge plus!

???? What We’re Looking For
Solid experience in social media management, especially TikTok & Instagram
Skilled in editing Reels and TikToks (CapCut, InShot, Adobe preferred)
Strong understanding of organic lead generation and online community building
Confident in content planning and executing engagement strategies
Familiar with platform analytics and data interpretation
A problem-solver who takes initiative and works independently
Open to feedback and growth-focused in your role
