? What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring an experienced, full-time Real Estate Acquisition Specialist based in the Philippines. You must have direct experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling, excellent spoken and written English, and most importantly, you must be a CLOSER — not an appointment setter.
This is a performance-driven sales role that will put your skills to the test. You’ll be handling motivated seller leads, managing follow-ups, and closing deals.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound seller leads from PPC, SEO, and other marketing campaigns
Conduct outbound follow-ups with leads in our CRM via phone, text, and
Monitor and respond to text messaging campaigns and drip sequences
Evaluate property details, seller motivation, and deal structure
Build rapport with sellers and walk them through our cash offer process
Accurately input and manage lead data in our CRM (REsimpli, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Coordinate virtual appointments, negotiate offers, and close contracts remotely
Assist with sales pipeline management and ensure timely updates and communication
Collaborate with the team to review comps, rehab estimates, and offer strategies
Assist with due diligence and post-contract follow-up as needed
????? Tools & Platforms We Use:
Applicants should already have experience with some of the following or be a quick learner:
CRM systems (REsimpli, GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar)
Dialers (Calltools, Mojo, or smartphone VoIP systems like JustCall or Aircall)
Communication platforms (Slack, Gmail, Zoom, WhatsApp)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet experience
Online property comp tools (Zillow, PropStream, Redfin, etc.)

2+ years in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales closing roles
Training in Sandler Sales, John Martinez, or similar real estate sales systems
Familiarity with U.S. housing markets and seller psychology
Confident in asking qualifying questions and uncovering seller motivation
Able to work independently, think critically, and drive toward results

Excellent English (both verbal and written) — neutral or American accent preferred
High-speed internet, reliable computer, and quiet work environment
Available to work full-time, U.S. hours (typically 9 AM – 6 PM EST)
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Must be confident on the phone and persistent in follow-ups
