We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the loan application process, assess their financial information, and provide the best lending options based on their needs. This role requires strong communication, sales, and analytical skills, along with a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate loan applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans

Explain different types of loans and credit options, along with their terms

Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing

Maintain updated knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory standards

Build relationships with new and existing clients through lead generation, networking, and referrals

Prepare and review loan agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics


Requirements:
Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Broker, or similar role
In-depth knowledge of loan products and regulations
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proficient in using loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
