Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to join our remote team. You will support our healthcare agency by handling key tasks to ensure our content is polished and published seamlessly on our clients’ WordPress websites.

Responsibilities
* Proofreading Content: Review and edit blog posts, website copy, and other marketing materials to ensure flawless, high-quality English with perfect grammar, spelling, and clarity.
* Wiring Up Links: Insert and format internal and external hyperlinks within articles to enhance SEO and user experience.
* Creating Images with AI Prompts: Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) to generate relevant, high-quality images for articles
* Publishing Articles to WordPress/Elementor: Upload and format articles, images, and links in WordPress, ensuring proper categorization, tags, and SEO settings.

Requirements
* Exceptional English Proofreading Skills: Native or near-native English proficiency with a keen eye for detail in grammar, spelling, and style.
* Experience with WordPress (publishing posts, formatting, and basic SEO).
* Familiarity with creating images using AI tools (training provided if needed).
* Basic understanding of SEO and linking strategies is a plus.
* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
* Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
