Job Summary:
We’re looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns—specifically for eCommerce lead generation. The ideal candidate will be deeply analytical, highly organized, and passionate about paid social. Experience in the CBD or cannabis space is a strong bonus.

This role will play a key part in managing and optimizing client ad accounts to generate quality leads, drive ROAS, and scale profitably.

Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for eCommerce clients

Develop and execute audience targeting strategies that drive quality leads and conversions

Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights

Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to guide ad content and funnel design

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve performance

Maintain organized reporting via dashboards and weekly summaries

Stay updated on platform trends, policy changes, and industry best practices

Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads (with proven eCommerce results)

Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and custom audience creation

Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly

Excellent written and verbal communication

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets efficiently

Preferred:
Prior experience running ads for CBD, cannabis, or restricted products

Familiarity with compliance nuances in advertising high-risk or alternative wellness products

Experience with landing page strategy or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
