What You’ll Do
Edit & Polish: Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, platform-native clips (15–60s) with razor-sharp pacing.
Fast Turnaround: Deliver draft edits within a couple hours—speed is everything.
Quality First: Apply color grading, sound design, captions, and on-screen graphics that elevate our brand look.
Template Development: Build and maintain editing templates for consistency and scalability.
Collaboration: Work with our content strategists in ClickUp and ---------- to hit deadlines without endless back-and-forth.
Optimize for Engagement: Use hooks, pattern interrupts, and data-driven best practices to maximize watch-time and shares.

What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: 2+ years editing short-form social video for brands or creators.
Tool Kit: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro; plus Submagic or similar for captions.
Speed Demon: Ability to turn around polished edits on tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
Story Sense: You know how to structure a 15s clip that hooks in 2s and drives viewers to our CTA.
Brand-Driven: You nail clean, modern styling—no cheesy transitions. You understand how to keep our “Heavy on us. Easy on you” vibe alive.
Communication: Clear, proactive updates in Slack/ClickUp; no surprises at deadline.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with crypto or fintech content
Basic motion-graphics skills for animated infographics
Familiarity with TikTok trends, Instagram analytics, YouTube Shorts best practices
