GenioSys is a growing recruiting company based in the U.S., focused on direct hire and contingency recruiting across industries like manufacturing, aerospace, medical, and engineering. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help build out our LinkedIn presence and assist lightly with Webflow content formatting.

???? Your Responsibilities:
Assist with building and managing the GenioSys LinkedIn page

Create engaging posts, company updates, and service highlights

Format content for clean, professional presentation

Research and organize LinkedIn competitor pages for reference

Help manage connection and outreach tracking (if requested)

Support with light Webflow tasks (uploading or updating content sections)

Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and design across posts

Support with testimonials, founder quotes, and case study formatting

? You Should Have:
Experience managing or supporting LinkedIn business pages

Strong written English and content formatting skills

Familiarity with Canva or other simple design tools

Basic understanding of branding, layout, and tone

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus: Webflow experience or willingness to learn
