JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Telemarketing Virtual Assistant who can support our sales and admin operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing CRM systems, and providing professional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and assist with upselling or upgrading existing campaigns

Handle inbound calls from clients or prospects in a professional and efficient manner

Use CRM platforms (preferably Odoo) to manage contacts, log activities, and track progress

Operate VoIP systems for calls and communication

Other Tasks and Expectations:
Perform administrative support such as:

Responding to emails and handling client inquiries

Attending virtual meetings with clients and taking detailed notes

Supporting day-to-day team operations and documentation needs

Willingness to be trained or cross-trained on other accounts and projects as needed

Tasks may include digital marketing support, basic website updates, or related functions

Flexibility to take on new responsibilities based on project demand

Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo is a plus) and VoIP tools

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and workflows
