Appointment Setter

Mapatano&Company is a fast-growing marketing and automation agency helping service-based businesses — primarily in HVAC, plumbing, construction, and real estate — increase booked jobs and monthly revenue through proven advertising systems.

We’re building a high-performing appointment setting team to support our next phase of growth toward $100K/month in recurring revenue.

Role Overview
We’re hiring remote cold callers to contact business owners, qualify leads, and schedule strategy sessions for our internal sales team. If you’re performance-driven and excited to grow with a startup, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Make 300+ outbound calls/week (leads provided)

Use our proven script to book 20–30 min appointments

Log activity and call outcomes in HubSpot CRM

Submit weekly reports with results and feedback

Participate in brief team check-ins and script reviews

Ideal Candidate
1–3+ years of experience in cold calling or appointment setting

Strong communicator, fluent in English, and confident on the phone

Skilled in objection handling and lead qualification

Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Self-directed, coachable, and committed to long-term growth

Compensation & Growth Path
Phase 1: Commission Only

15% commission for each deal closed from your booked appointments

Note: Commission is paid only after the client signs and completes payment with Mapatano&Company

Phase 2: Base + Commission (after 5 closed deals)

$650/month base + 15% commission

Performance Milestones:

50 appointments ? $700/month + 150appointments ? $1,500/month + 17 0appointments ? $3,000/month + 20%

All tools, leads, training, and scripts are provided. You’ll have the flexibility to use calls, emails, or DMs — as long as results are qualified.
