We are seeking a talented and reliable SEO Specialist / Website Manager to lead the digital performance and search optimization of 3–5 brand websites across WordPress and Squarespace platforms.

???? JOB OVERVIEW
This is a long-term, full-time position ideal for a highly skilled digital marketer with strong experience in technical SEO, web management, and content optimization.
You’ll own the digital visibility of multiple professional service brands—ensuring our websites perform flawlessly, rank well on search engines, and deliver meaningful engagement.
Working hours are flexible, but 2–4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. business hours (EST or PST) is required for communication and collaboration.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Website Management
• Maintain and update WordPress & Squarespace websites
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, uptime, and site security
• Troubleshoot bugs, broken links, hosting issues, and backups
???? SEO Strategy & Execution
• Create and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content/site structure
• Fix crawl/index issues, redirects, and performance errors
?? Content Optimization
• Collaborate on SEO-focused blog and service page creation
• Optimize metadata, headings, alt text, schema, and structured data
• Post monthly blog content
???? Link-Building & Outreach
• Identify backlink opportunities and build relationships with directories, partners, and publishers
• Perform link audits and disavow toxic backlinks
???? Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Report monthly on key metrics with insights and action steps

???? QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years experience in web management, SEO, and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience managing multiple WordPress and/or Squarespace sites
• Strong technical SEO skills and Google ranking knowledge
• Proficient in:
Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding)
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Portfolio or examples of previous SEO success and web management work required

• Graphic design or UX/UI knowledge
• Video editing or animation experience
• Experience with local SEO, schema markup, or Google Business Profiles
