$600/month base + bonuses | 40 hours/week | Split Shift (EDT)

FL Home Services Authority is hiring full-time Virtual Appointment Setters to work from home and help homeowners in storm-prone areas schedule free roof inspections. This is NOT a sales role — your job is to set qualified appointments using our proven scripts and dialer system.

If you’ve worked in a call center, outbound sales, or appointment setting, this is a long-term opportunity to grow with a U.S.-based team.

What You’ll Do
• Call homeowners using our ReadyMode predictive dialer
• Follow a proven emotional script to create urgency
• Set qualified appointments for our licensed roofing inspectors
• Update CRM (GoHighLevel) with lead info and tags
• Work within a structured, supportive virtual team

Compensation
• $600/month base pay
• $5 per qualified appointment set
• $5 per sale closed
• $50 per completed install

Top performers earn $1,200–$1,800/month
Weekly spiffs, bonuses, and leaderboard rewards available!

Work Schedule

Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) — Split Shift
Monday to Friday (Full-Time: 8 hrs/day)
• Morning Block: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EDT
• Evening Block: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM EDT
Total: 40 hours per week
No calling after 8:30 PM due to U.S. regulations

You’re a Fit If You Have:
• Excellent English with a neutral or American accent
• Outbound calling or appointment setting experience
• Confidence and clarity on the phone
• Stable internet connection (20 Mbps+), backup power, and noise-canceling headset
• Willingness to work U.S. hours consistently (graveyard shift in PH)
