Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Property Analysis for Australian Investor

I am an Australian property investor looking for a smart, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me better understand and manage my property portfolio. The properties are located in Australia (QLD and VIC), so familiarity with Australian real estate terms and market dynamics is a big plus.

You will assist in tracking performance and conducting ongoing analysis to help me make more informed decisions. Key tasks include:
• Calculating and tracking rental yield, net yield, cash flow, and capital growth
• Researching market trends, rental comparables, suburb profiles, and median property price growth in relevant areas
• Organizing property data in spreadsheets or Notion dashboards
• Monitoring and summarizing property income, expenses, and equity
• Helping interpret financial reports and creating clear summaries
• Organizing key documents (leases, rates, insurance, depreciation schedules, etc.)

Bonus if you have experience using:
• Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis
• Platforms like CoreLogic, ---------- , or Domain for Australian market research
• Property management software (e.g. Stessa, Buildium, Notion, etc.)
