Outsourcing Entire Web Design Business

We are looking to outsource our ENTIRE web design business. We have a steady supply of regular clients and new clients added occasionally. We have had a full-time team for the last 4 years, however, we are looking to replace ourselves as the "go-between" contacts between the clients and the team.

We are looking for 1-2 highly organized individuals to work directly with our clients by email and occasionally phone, to help with both design and development.

This is a MASSIVE opportunity to work with an established web design agency long-term. Hours will start out part-time until we see that we work well together and then will likely increase to full-time.

* Must speak, write and understand English exceptionally well
* Must provide quality work
* Must be proactive and have a take-charge attitude
* Must be extremely detail-oriented
* Must take pride in your work
* Must communicate extremely well and be responsive during US business hours.

Job Skills Needed:
* Photoshop experience
* Landing page design and website Mockups
* Wordpress development
* HTML and CSS
* Some experience in project management
* Ability to estimate the scope of projects and stick to deadlines and client's budgets
* Divi theme experience a plus but not required
* Logo design experience a plus but not required
* SEO experience a plus but not required
* Content marketing knowledge a plus but not required
* Google analytics experience a plus but not required
* Print design experience a plus but not required
* Online research and administrative assistance experience a plus but not required

95% of our client communication takes place by email, Trello, and screencasts and the other 5% is by phone. A VOIP number will be provided for you by our company for when clients need phone calls.
