JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a performance-driven **Paid Social Ads Manager** to scale a growing Shopify-based e-commerce brand with a focus on digital products targeting stylish women 35+ (primarily African American buyers). We are also seeking someone to document the profess and help create operational procedures as it relates to this role- made easier with AI. Our brand sells statement jewelry and digital lifestyle products and our powerful quiz-based funnel is live.

Your job? Help us test creatives, dial in audience targeting, capture what works for our specific audience and hit $1M in sales within 24 months if not sooner.

We are ready to hire the right candidate and do require a interview with the top 3.

This role will/can scale to full time once we see performance.

Bonuses offered at 3 month mark if you end up being the candidate we hire full time based on ad performance results.

The Social Media & Paid Ads Manager will structure & oversee all aspects of STB's paid advertising strategy on Meta platforms, TikTok, IG and Pinterest, with an initial focus on validating the $47 digital product funnel audiences have been created as all creative assets with more short videos to come (all need to be tested). We do have testing preferences to maximize our "test budget" and if you're experienced you should know how to do that. We will ask.

The candidate must have a hire score above 85 and will manage creative testing, campaign setup, audience segmentation, funnel tracking, retargeting, and performance reporting. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet our requirements, this is a performance driven role.

The goal is to refine audiences in Meta and scale a high-ROAS paid ad system that integrates with STB’s monthly launch plans

The specifics:

#### **A. Paid Ads Setup & Technical Optimization for al**

* Audit and configure all necessary tracking: Meta Pixel, CAPI, TikTok Pixel
* Confirm proper event setup: Page Views, Quiz Starts, Quiz Completions, Purchase, Add to Cart
* Configure Google Analytics 4 tracking and integrate with Shopify & Klaviyo

#### **B. Funnel Strategy & Campaign Execution**

* Launch and optimize STB’s quiz funnel across Meta, using DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization)
* Build cold, warm, and hot funnel campaign structures to align with the 6-step customer journey: Awareness ? Purchase
* Execute Phase 1 (\$33K testing budget):

* Launch 5 audience tests with 3-5 creatives each
* Split test hooks, offers, and placements (Reels, Stories, Feed)
* Optimize for CPA 1.5%, Conversion Rate > 3%

#### **C. Scaling Plan Execution**

* Phase 2: Scale top-performing ad sets with 15-20% budget increases every 3 days
* Duplicate winning sets into 1-5% lookalike audiences
* Refresh creatives every 5-7 days to avoid ad fatigue
* Implement 3-tiered retargeting funnel:

1. Quiz Takers (No Purchase) ? UGC Ad + Social Proof
2. ATC (Abandoned Cart) ? Countdown Timer + Discount
3. Purchasers ? Upsell Ads featuring jewelry or digital add-ons

#### **D. Audience Development**

* Build and refine:

* Custom Audiences (Quiz Finishers, ATC, Purchasers) for retargeting efforts
* Lookalike Audiences from Klaviyo + Shopify
* Interest and behavioral-based segments
* Exclusion lists to avoid overlap and ad waste

#### **E. Performance Reporting & Recommendations**

* Weekly reports due every Friday with:

* Spend breakdown, CTR, CPA, ROAS by campaign
* Funnel analytics: Quiz Start to Purchase Rate
* Top-performing creatives, copy, audiences
* Strategic next steps: Kill, Scale, Test
* Monthly insights presentation: Performance against \$47K scaling plan and \$1M roadmap

#### **F. Creative Collaboration**

* Advise on video creative trends: Reels, UGC, audio trends
* Tag high-performing influencer content for ad use
* Brief in-house/contract designers for optimized visuals
