Full Time Article Writer Needed

Hi!
I need a full-time article writer to write original & SEO optimized articles for my websites in various niches.
Details:
I will need at least 20 articles per week – 4 articles per work day, average number of words for articles will be 600 words. Number of words you write per day won’t exceed 2400 words. E.g. if I want 1200 words articles it will be counted as 2 articles.
Topics will vary frequently, they will be different from each other, be ready for that! I will give you the keywords for articles. Here are some examples that aren’t related to each other: “how to get your ex back”, “magic of making up”, “micro niche finder review”, “how to find a job”, “unique article wizard review”, “wealthy affiliate review” etc.
Terms:

1. All writing you create for me needs to be your 100% original work and free of any copyrighted or plagiarized materials.
2. I will own all rights to the completed articles. You may not distribute them in any way upon delivery.
3. While I am very easy to please, unlimited revisions will be expected until I am completely satisfied with the completed articles.
4. Completed articles shall be delivered in txt file or Wordpad format.
5. Articles must be SEO optimized.
6. ARTICLES MUST BE WRITTEN WITH FLUENT ENGLISH! I need good quality articles that will NOT need extra proofreading!

Payment:
For 20 articles per week I am not going to pay more than 12,000PHP per month. In the future, if you increase the number of articles while maintaining the quality, I will increase the salary accordingly.
I will hire you weekly during the test period. All payments will be made via Paypal.
You must have experience in niche article writing and be able to provide a sample of your previous work.
