**???? HIRING: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Full-Time – \$200/Week + 13th Month | Remote, Philippines Only) ????**

I’m looking for a sharp, highly experienced **Executive Assistant** to support *me directly* across the day-to-day operations of my 3 businesses. If you're organized, proactive, and have at least **3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant**, this may be a perfect long-term opportunity for you.

This role requires strong professional writing skills, accounting knowledge, Google Sheets expertise, and the ability to work independently with very little direction. You’ll help keep the businesses running behind the scenes so I can stay focused on growth.

### ???? **Position:** Executive Assistant to the CEO

**Rate:** \$200/week (flat, paid weekly)
**Location:** Remote (Philippines-based only)
**Schedule:** Full-time | Monday–Friday | Must overlap at least 4–5 hours/day with US Central Time
**Bonus:** 13th Month Pay in December (prorated based on start date)

### ???? **Key Responsibilities:**

* ???? Write and respond to emails in **clear, professional English** on my behalf
* ???? Send invoices, pay bills, and pull financial reports using **QuickBooks Online**
* ???? Build and manage **financial trackers and dashboards in Google Sheets**
* ????? Manage my calendar – schedule meetings, avoid conflicts, and block focused work time
* ????? Organize internal documents and systems in Google Drive
* ? Track my to-dos and assist in project follow-up
* ???? Communicate with my team to gather updates and assign tasks
* ???? **Work with minimal communication** — I communicate in **short bullet points**, so you must be extremely **self-sufficient, proactive, and resourceful**

### ???? **Minimum Requirements:**

* ? **3+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant (supporting a CEO or entrepreneur preferred)
* ? **QuickBooks Online experience is REQUIRED** – invoicing, bill payments, A/R, A/P, and reporting
* ? Excellent **professional English writing** – must be able to write polished, client-facing emails
* ? **Advanced Google Sheets** skills – formulas, formatting, dashboards, linking sheets
* ? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workload
* ? Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs)
* ? Reliable internet and backup power solution
* ? Comfortable operating with **very little handholding or check-ins**

* CRMs like Go High Level or HubSpot
* Project/task management software ( ---------- , ClickUp, etc.)
* Creating SOPs, workflows, and process documentation
* Supporting multiple companies or a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
