JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in data mining for customer-specific mailing campaigns and leveraging LinkedIn for targeted outreach. The ideal candidate will excel in extracting and organizing contact information, demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and maintain meticulous attention to detail for accurate spelling and data entry. Additionally, the candidate must be fluent in English for clear communication in Zoo ---------- etings with management and proficient in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
Data Mining for Mailing Campaigns:
Research and collect accurate contact information (e.g., names, emails, job titles, company details) from various online sources.
Organize and maintain clean, structured databases for customer-specific mailing lists using Microsoft Excel, ensuring precise data entry and correct spelling.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) to manage, analyze, and clean large datasets.

LinkedIn and Sales Navigator Expertise:
Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify target prospects based on industry, role, location, and other criteria.
Build and manage lead lists using Sales Navigator’s advanced search and filtering tools.
Support outreach efforts by drafting personalized connection requests and messages under team guidance, ensuring flawless spelling and grammar.
Monitor LinkedIn engagement and provide insights on lead interactions to optimize outreach strategies.

Communication and Reporting:
Participate in regular Zoo ---------- etings with management to discuss project progress, challenges, and strategies.
Provide clear, concise verbal updates and respond to management inquiries during virtual meetings.
Update and manage CRM systems with new contact data and campaign progress, ensuring error-free data entry.
Prepare and present regular reports on data collection and LinkedIn outreach performance using Excel for data visualization and analysis.

Qualifications
Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication skills for Zoo ---------- etings with management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, and macros for efficient data management.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate spelling, grammar, and data entry in all tasks.
Proven experience in data mining, lead generation, or similar research-intensive roles.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead identification and outreach.
Familiarity with HubSpot to be able and update contact information.
Strong written communication skills for crafting professional outreach messages.
