We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer (Remote)
A Canadian-based software development company is looking for a skilled and reliable Full Stack Developer to join our remote team.

This is a fast-paced role requiring quick execution and the ability to work under pressure. You’ll be working directly with the Executive and have opportunities for:

Travel outside the Philippines for in-person meetings
Potential relocation or hiring in Canada for top-performing, trustworthy developers
Monthly bonus pay – Earn up to 2x your base salary depending on performance

Position: Full Stack Developer (Remote)
Location: Philippines (Work from home)
Type: Full-Time / Long-term
Start Date: ASAP – Start as soon as possible
Work Style: Fast-paced, task-driven, and deadline-sensitive
Salary: Competitive (based on skills)
Bonus: Monthly performance-based bonus up to 200% of salary
Payment Method: Wise / Payoneer / Bank Transfer
Reports To: CEO (Canada-based)

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain both frontend and backend components of a live system
Develop mobile apps using React Native or Flutter
Create backend APIs using Node.js (or Laravel)
Manage databases (Firebase, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)
Integrate third-party APIs and secure payment gateways
Handle bug fixes, system improvements, and fast feature rollouts
Work closely with the CEO and team on high-priority tasks
Maintain speed, quality, and project confidentiality
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proficient in React.js, React Native, or Flutter
Backend experience in Node.js, Express, or Laravel
Knowledge of Firebase, MongoDB, or SQL-based databases
Strong understanding of API integrations and GitHub version control
Ability to handle urgent/rush projects under pressure
Self-directed, responsive, and dependable
Reliable computer + fast internet connection
