Hello!
We are an established and growing web design company who is focused on implementing new systems and building out SOPs to scale. Our founder needs a VA to come alongside him and help him throughout this process. We would like someone who is looking for full-time work and a long term position for the next couple of years at minimum. The role will start out with you doing all of our tasks and helping us refine the SOPs around them and then begin to evolve into more of a management role where you are helping us hire and then manage a team to begin implementing them. The end goal is for you be our founder’s right hand person, helping him manage his schedule, communication, and our team.
Phase 1: Responsible for implementing systems and processes and working directly with founder to build out SOPs for new hires.
—Project Management: Managing our web design projects.
—Lead Management: Managing our leads that come in, tracking, responding and following up.
—SOP Refinement: Working directly with our founder to refine SOPs for every process prior to hiring people to implement them.
Phase 2: Responsible for helping founder interview and onboard employees to begin implementing the systems.
—Employee Hiring: Interviewing and hire people to take over the systems.
—Employee Onboarding: Onboarding and training new employees on the SOPs they are to follow.
Phase 3: Responsible for managing our new team and personally helping Founder with his managing his life and schedule.

Requirements:
—Exceptional written and verbal English communication
—Ability to work 9AM — 5AM CST (or close to it)
—Ability to work full-time
—Extremely detail oriented
—Experience with project management
—Experience with following and improving SOPs
