Social Media & Content Systems Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and tech-savvy Social Media & Content Systems Manager to lead and optimize promotional funnels across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter/X. This is a full-time role focused on developing strategies, managing teams, and using growth tools to generate traffic and engagement for our creators.

Key Responsibilities
? Build and manage full social media funnel strategies
? Develop internal SOPs, calendars, and automation workflows
? Lead a small team of editors, designers, and outreach specialists
? Use platforms/tools to drive traffic (DM tools, proxies, VPNs, automation, etc.)
? Analyze campaign KPIs and adjust strategies to boost conversion
? Coordinate with content teams and align social media with ongoing promotions

Qualifications
???? Experience in digital marketing or social media management
???? Familiar with automation tools (e.g., Jarvee, Instazood, Mass DMs, etc.)
???? Skilled in content calendar management and team coordination
???? Strong knowledge of IG, TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter traffic strategies
???? Comfortable building systems and managing people remotely
???? Fast learner, creative thinker, and data-driven

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
???? Background in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
???? Familiarity with tools like DaisySMS, Cloaking, or Proxy setup
???? Knowledge of lead gen funnels or phone farm operations
