Customer Service Representative – Phone Outreach

We are looking for a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills to represent our dessert shop. This part-time role involves making professional phone calls to customers, ensuring a positive experience, and encouraging them to leave positive reviews—essential for our growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers daily between 3PM to 12AM (UK Time).
Follow a provided script for introductions and tailor conversations as needed.
Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring concerns are understood and addressed.
Encourage customers to leave positive reviews, highlighting their importance to our business.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English speakers with a clear, neutral, UK, or American accent.
Confidence and professionalism when speaking over the phone.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle various customer interactions.
Experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred.
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused with a friendly and engaging tone.
