Role Overview

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for ensuring Futura Cleaning maintains adequate staffing to meet operational demands. You’ll recruit skilled cleaning professionals, manage candidate pipelines, and oversee onboarding, playing a central part in our company’s growth and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

-Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified cleaning professionals.
-Proactively manage the recruiting pipeline to ensure sufficient staffing and offset turnover.
-Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to align with company values and job requirements.
-Coordinate onboarding, ensuring new hires have the tools and training needed to succeed.
-Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of recruitment activity and candidate documentation.
-Collaborate with operations to anticipate staffing needs and prioritize recruiting efforts.
-Explore and utilize new recruiting channels as markets and needs evolve.
-Ensure compliance with legal and Futura Cleaning’s policy requirements.

Qualifications

-Experience in recruiting, preferably in high-volume or service environments.
-Familiarity with HR practices and employment law.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
