Virtual Assistant – Amazon PPC & Email Marketing (Full-Time, Remote)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-time, detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong skills in Amazon PPC, email marketing and creative content design. This is a long-term remote position for someone who wants to grow with our brand and take ownership of key marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
???? Amazon PPC Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns (mainly Sponsored Products) to improve ROAS and keyword rankings.
?? Email Marketing: Create and manage campaigns (Klaviyo or similar) for two brands, including flows, newsletters, and segmentation strategies.
???? Creative Design: Design graphics and promotional materials (Canva, Figma or Photoshop preferred).
???? Customer Support (basic): Respond to messages on email/social when needed (pre-sales, FAQ).
???? Amazon Seller Support (basic): Manage case reports for for Amazon Seller Support.
???? Reporting: Track KPIs across email + PPC and provide weekly insights.

What We’re Looking For
? Basic Experience with Amazon Ads / Seller Central (not necessary, but preferred)
? Basic Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) (not necessary, but preferred)
? Fluent written & speaking English
? Good eye for design (Canva/Figma)
? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and solve problems
? Know how to use ChatGPT prompts, basic Excel / Google Sheets
