About the Role
We’re hiring a high-level Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a U.S.-based Home Care agency and Property Investment business. This is not an entry-level VA position - this is a critical support role for someone with the maturity, structure, and experience to help organize operations, manage priorities, and follow through on high-stakes projects.

You’ll work closely with the Founder to manage calendars, email, recruitment workflows, and EOS-based systems. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the hiring and onboarding of key support roles. The right candidate is highly accountable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives on bringing clarity and ---------- ntum to complex tasks.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage inbox and calendar, triage messages, schedule meetings, and follow up on key items

* Assist with the implementation and team adoption of ---------- using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework

* Organize and track projects with the team using ---------- and ----------

* Work alongside and support our recruitment contractor in hiring for key support roles

* Assist in the development and management of KPIs using the SpiderStrategies platform

* Participate in Zoo ---------- etings with external contractors, document action items, and ensure follow-through

* Conduct quick research and summarize findings on tools, vendors, or business solutions

* Support training and presentations with well-organized slides, documentation, and Loom screen recordings

Who You Are
* A natural Completer—you don’t rest until tasks are finished and followed through

* Mature and experienced—8+ years in executive support or coordination roles, ideally with international companies

* Confident supporting a fast-moving entrepreneur, without needing micromanagement

* Comfortable taking verbal or Zoom instructions and turning them into systems, documentation, or delegated tasks

* Organized and detail-focused—you value structure and enjoy building repeatable processes

* Tech-fluent—you enjoy learning new tools and figuring out how to use them to make work smoother

* Strong communicator in English—both spoken and written

* Able to manage your own priorities, follow up with others, and ensure the outcome is achieved—not just the task is done
