JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a smart, *results-driven* Email Marketer to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. Your main focus: build and scale email campaigns + flows for one of our core brands.

You’ll be in charge of the strategy – from ideation to execution. We value independence and initiative. No micromanagement, just impact.

---

What You’ll Do

- Create and manage email campaigns (3 per week minimum per GEO)
- Build automated flows to drive retention and upsells
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them across other GEOs
- Use Funnelish + Klaviyo to monitor results and improve performance

? What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience with Klaviyo and Funnelish
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and segmentation
- Able to build and optimize full retention strategies
- Self-motivated, organized, and data-driven
- Comfortable working independently and hitting KPIs

---

Compensation

- $5/hour (Full-Time)
- Performance Bonus:
- Earn 5% of Funnelish-tracked email campaign revenue
- Monthly revenue threshold to qualify: €5,000/month per store

---

GEO Campaign Rules

- Minimum 3 campaigns/week per main GEO

*Example: 3 emails/week for Country/Language 1.*

- If a campaign performs well:
1. Translate it into other GEOs (DE, DK, FI, etc.)
2. Exclude original GEO to avoid language mismatch

---

Ready to make an impact and own your strategy?

Apply now and let’s grow together.

**IMPORTANT - To apply, you NEED TO ANSWER these 3 questions:

1. Can you share 1–2 examples of email campaigns or flows you've built in Klaviyo?
2. Have you ever worked with Funnelish or a similar funnel/email integration tool? What was your setup like?
3. Are you comfortable managing 3+ campaigns per week per GEO and optimizing flows with minimal supervision?
