JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring for the following two (2) full-time roles to start immediately. Both roles are based in Australian time-zones.
You would be working Monday to Friday from around 8am - 5pm.

First position: 1x Experienced Executive Assistant

Love making busy leaders shine? We're looking for an experienced EA to be the ultimate right-hand person for a dynamic CEO.

You’ll be their secret weapon for getting things done!

You’re the kind of person who:
- Tames the email beast: Turns chaotic inboxes into calm, organised command centres.
- Owns the calendar: Makes complex scheduling look effortless (you know Asana/Trello like the back of your hand).
- Crafts perfect travel plans: Books amazing trips and handles curveballs like a pro (delayed flight? You've got Plan B ready!).
- Keeps everyone in sync: Makes sure teams are aligned and projects cruise along smoothly.

Here’s what you absolutely bring to the table.

? Proven EA experience: 3+ years supporting busy execs or in fast-paced startups (you've seen it all!).
? Total scheduling pro: You live in tools like Asana or Trello.
? Problem-spotting sixth sense: You see hiccups before they happen – it’s your superpower!
? You love creating order from chaos: Messy situations? You find them weirdly satisfying to fix.
? Crystal-clear English & eagle eyes: Your communication is top-notch, and nothing slips past your attention to detail.


Second position: 1x Experienced Detailed-oriented Bookkeeper with MYOB experience

Got a knack for making numbers behave? We're looking for a super-organised and really detailed oriented virtual bookkeeper to be the financial backbone for some awesome growing businesses. Think of yourself as their numbers guardian angel!

Your Mission.
- Be an MYOB AccountRight Rockstar: You'll be deep in reconciliations daily (you know you love a balanced ledger!).
- Tame the Transaction Beast: Turn messy transactions into crystal-clear, super useful reports.
- Guardian of Accuracy: Keep those records squeaky clean and perfectly organised. Precision is your middle name!
- Financial Detective: Spot anything weird or wonky in the numbers before it becomes a problem. Be the early warning system!
