Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist to help with cold outreach on
You’ll be using your own

Key Responsibilities:
Send a high volume of cold outreach messages daily using a provided script
Use multiple
Track outreach activity and lead responses in our CRM or tracking spreadsheet
Follow up with interested leads and help set appointments
Share our booking calendar and schedule qualified leads
Conduct light research to find new outreach targets in the construction space
Provide daily updates to the team with your progress and insights
Requirements:
Access to multiple clean, professional
Proven experience with cold
Fluent English with excellent written communication
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Strong internet connection and able to work independently
Previous experience in appointment setting or VA work is required
Familiarity with construction, home services, or digital marketing is a plus
Work Schedule & Availability:
This role is fully commission-based and part-time, with flexible hours
You must be consistent in your outreach and provide regular updates
No set hourly requirement, but we expect results and follow-through. Hours should align with U.S.-based waking hours.
Compensation:
$50 per qualified appointment (when the lead shows up to the meeting)
$100 per new client that signs on
No cap on commissions — earn as much as you’re able to produce
