JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a sharp, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the owner and team lead of Dream Homes of Georgia. You’ll be the operational backbone of the team — helping drive results, keep the team accountable, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we grow.

This position starts at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Monitor agent performance in tracking systems (SISU, Follow Up Boss) and flag those falling behind

Manage the day-to-day side of our onboarding program — updating spreadsheets, checking agent task completion, and notifying the team leader of issues

Help organize and structure our onboarding and training content (from our existing Google Drive library) into a clear, systematized process

Coordinate our pop-by/drop-off gift strategy for past clients and advocates — including ordering items and keeping everything organized

Run recruitment ads to attract new agents to the team

Handle Slack communication and team updates — keeping everything moving and everyone informed

Work directly with the team lead to help streamline priorities and keep big-picture projects on track

Who You Are:

Highly organized and self-managed — you don’t wait to be told what to do

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Tech-savvy with tools like Google Drive, Airtable, Follow Up Boss, SISU, Canva, Slack, and Facebook/Meta Ads (or eager to learn)

Obsessed with structure, timelines, and helping others stay accountable

Flexible, reliable, and always looking for ways to improve how things work

Genuinely excited to support a mission-driven, people-first real estate team

What We Offer:

A long-term opportunity to grow with a fast-moving real estate team

Clear priorities and direct access to the Team Lead for guidance

Flexibility and a supportive, remote work environment

The chance to play a key role in improving systems, training, and team performance
