JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK based Property Company who provide quality accommodation for professional tenants in London. We also run a Property Management System for Landlords to use to manage their portfolios.

We are looking for a hardworking Marketing and Social Media Manager with excellent spoken and written English who can help us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Telemarketing, Lead Generation and Database
• Research and identify potential Landlords Online and sell our services (by phone, internet)
• Research and identify potential Tenants Online and sell our services to them (by phone, internet)
• Create and maintain two separate databases for Landlords and Tenants.
• Build our databases through interactions with customers.

Advertising
• Project Manage the creation of suitable advertising campaigns for Landlords and Tenants.
• Use Google ads, Facebook Ads and You Tube Ads
• Utilise software i.e. Canva to create strong artwork for adverts.

Email Marketing
• Build an email list using AWeber and Lead Pages to cultivate subscribers by emailing news, best practice and regular email offers.

Property Sourcing
• Create a weekly list of properties that meet our criteria using Rightmove, Zoopla and Gumtree.

SEO and Search
• Implement current SEO techniques to ensure our three websites are at the top of search engines.
• Track website performance statistics

Event Bookings
• Use biographies and company profiles to solicit opportunities for us to attend events as a Speaker or to demo our Property Management Software Tool.

Blogging
• Create well-written accurate blog posts for Landlords about the UK Property Market focusing on news, personal development and best practice.
