eCommerce Operations Manager

About Us
We are Resty — a fast-growing eCommerce brand from the Netherlands, focused on health and wellness. Our main products include sleep tape, nasal strips, and red light therapy panels. We sell on Amazon, ---------- (a large Dutch marketplace), and our own Shopify webshop. We are expanding quickly across Europe and need someone to help manage our daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a versatile role where you will manage our online stores, coordinate with our team, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities:

Online Store Management
- Manage product listings on Amazon, ---------- , and our Shopify store.
- Monitor orders, fix listing issues, update stock and pricing.
- Handle product uploads, content changes, and inventory syncing.

Inventory & Logistics
- Work with our 3PL warehouses to track stock and deliveries.
- Forecast when we need to reorder products.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and track shipments.

Sales Support & Admin
- Support with B2B sales by replying to inquiries and managing wholesale orders.
- Keep sales data and reports organized.
- Help with product research and launching new items.

Team Coordination
- Manage and assign tasks to our graphic designer and social media/email marketer.
- Follow up to make sure work is done on time.
- Keep track of our project deadlines.
