We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and optimize
Conduct thorough audience research and create custom and lookalike audiences tailored to specific geographic and demographic targets.
Write compelling ad copy and select/produce ad creatives that resonate with injury claimants.
Develop and manage landing pages or lead forms (on or off
Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, ensuring lead quality and cost-efficiency.
Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve performance (creatives, audiences, placements, etc.).
Ensure all ads meet
Provide clear weekly performance reports including KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality insights.
Collaborate with intake or sales teams to align ad strategy with lead follow-up and conversion efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience running successful
Strong understanding of
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads at scale (e.g., MVA, slip & fall, workplace injury).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Clio, Lead Docket, Law Ruler) and lead tracking preferred.
Knowledge of funnel marketing, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization.
Strong copywriting skills and eye for creative design (basic graphic design or video editing is a plus).
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable improvements.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube) is a bonus.
Legal marketing certification or relevant
Understanding of HIPAA and legal data privacy practices.
Compensation:
