Accounting Manager Part Time - Xero - Australian Company - Flex Hours

Australian software company looking for an experienced accounts expert familiar with Xero. You must understand and have used recurring invoices and automatic reconciliation.
Will be familiar with accounts up to P&L and Balance Sheet and capable of preparing budgets.

Responsibilities
- Invoicing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Budgets vs Actual Reporting
- Daily Report on revenue vs target
- Weekly report on Staff Billing and time tracking

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience with time billing for a consulting or development company
- Accounting qualifications
- Xero expert with at least 3 years of Xero experience
- Able to handle payroll to Australian Standards
- Understanding of GST and BAS Reporting

- Able to work without supervision
- Can unravel complex transactions to cater for Australian law including Overseas travel expenses and car allowances which may impact director loan accounts

- Good Experience with project and time billing

- Project Management tools and time tracking such as Clickup, Monday or similar to report employee time logs and billable work
