Dropshipping supply-chain manager needed

???? About Us
We operate multiple dropshipping stores. Fast and reliable shipping is crucial for our business — that’s why we’re looking for a freelancer to support us in tracking orders, identifying delays, and following up with suppliers.
???? What You'll Do
Review orders twice a week (Tuesday & Friday) that were marked as ‘Fulfilled’ 7+ days ago


Use tools like ParcelPanel, Shopify, 17track.net, and Yuntrack to check shipping updates


Flag any shipments still stuck on statuses like “Shipment info received” or “Parcel info received”


Update the tracking spreadsheet with clear status tags such as:


Contact suppliers for updates and log their replies under Supplier Feedback


Escalate problematic orders (10+ days no movement or delivery issues)


Monitor alerts like ‘Return to sender’, ‘Abandoned’, or ‘Delivery Exception’


? Requirements
Experience with e-commerce or dropshipping


Comfortable using Google Sheets and tracking tools


Strong attention to detail and well-organized workflow


Solid written communication skills in English


Availability on fixed days (Tue & Fri), approx. 1–4 hours per session

Familiarity with Shopify and ParcelPanel


Previous experience dealing with suppliers or handling shipping workflows


Basic knowledge of logistics and tracking flows
