We’re rebuilding the website for our B2B AI automation agency, focusing on a high-converting, modern platform built primarily through coding with cutting-edge AI tools like ---------- v, ---------- v, and Cursor. You’ll blend your coding expertise with design skills to create a visually appealing, functional, and SEO-optimized website that drives client engagement.

You’ll help create:
- A refreshed, clean, and high-converting version of our current website
- Multiple landing pages tailored to specific industries and niches
- Lead magnets (e.g., PDF guides, quizzes, templates, and mini-tools) powered by AI
- Social media design assets (LinkedIn banners, post templates, etc.)
- AI-generated visual content integrated into the website

I’ll guide you every step of the way, leveraging my 7+ years in software and AI to help you work 10x faster with the latest tools.

The website will be our core branding, sales funnel, lead magnet, and SEO driver. Our goals are to:

Your coding and design work will shape how people perceive and trust our brand. Your ability to combine technical expertise with a strong design eye is critical.

Requirements:
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in modern web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks). Experience with Git and GitHub for version control.
- Design Skills: A strong design eye with a portfolio showcasing tasteful layouts, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-driven development tools (e.g., ---------- v, ---------- v, Cursor) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva). Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Grok, Deepseek, Claude, or Gemini is a plus.
- Research and Analysis: Ability to research, analyze, and replicate high-quality websites with a focus on functionality and aesthetics.
- Technical Needs: Reliable internet connection and a computer (this role is not suitable for mobile devices).
- Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn and master tools like ---------- v, ---------- v, Cursor, and Google Workspace (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and integrating them into code.

Working Style:
I’ll provide clear structure and guidance to eliminate guesswork. Example workflow:
- Research “AI automation agency” websites, noting what works/doesn’t (with links + screenshots).
- Share your analysis with me to align on vision.
- Code the website and landing pages using ---------- v, ---------- v, or Cursor, with design work in Figma as needed.
- Collaborate on content (I’ll assist with copywriting).
- Iterate quickly, prioritizing speed and quality over perfection.

Expect async work with feedback via Loom, Slack, or voice notes.

Extra Notes:
- I’m based in Germany, so some references may be in German, but all work can be in English.
We can sync between 1 PM and 11 PM (your time).

Time Commitment:
- Flexible, ideally 10-20 hours per week to start, with potential to increase.

Salary Range:
- 400–800 euros/month (full-time equivalent).
