Landing Page & Web Designer

We’re looking for a conversion-focused web designer who can design landing pages that actually perform, not just look good.

You’ll be responsible for creating high-converting landing pages and websites with clean UX/UI, persuasive layout, and visual polish. Bonus if you can leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality.

???? What You’ll Do
- Design landing pages, funnels, and websites with a clear goal in mind
- Build wireframes and layouts using Figma, Webflow, Framer, or Relume
- Create visual assets (hero images, icons, banners)
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E) to accelerate design work
- Collaborate with marketing to align pages with messaging and goals
- Iterate fast based on feedback and performance data (CTR, bounce rate, etc.)

? What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio of live landing pages or websites
- Solid understanding of UX, layout, visual hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness
- Ability to design for conversions (CTAs, above-the-fold strategy, CRO mindset)
- Good taste in design — not flashy, but clean and high-trust
- Proficient in AI tools or actively experimenting with them to improve workflows
