General Virtual Assistant

OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant who can help with day-to-day tasks in social media management, customer service, and marketing support. This is a long-term position for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to grow with our team.

Candidates should be a strong listener, have a thirst for learning, show thorough problem solving skills, and demonstrate acute attention to detail.


TASKS:
- Manage and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments
- Provide customer support via email and chat
- Assist with marketing campaigns, content planning, and research
- Perform general admin tasks like data entry, calendar management, and file organization
- Create simple graphics using tools like Canva

REQUIREMENTS:
- Speak & write in fluent English.
- A reliable computer.
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Available for 40 hours per week without a second job.


PROVIDED:
- Full training as needed.
- We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you. Some hours will need to be worked during American working hours, but most can be done at times convenient to you.

We handcraft clean, plant-based skincare products that support the skin’s natural ability to heal and glow. As we grow, we’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant who shares our love for wellness and wants to help empower women through skincare that truly works.

Excellent Media is a marketing and consulting agency that has been contracted to oversee the hiring process for Sunflower Girl.
