Title: On-Call Talent Recruiter | Casual HR Expert for Remote Hiring

Description: We're seeking a top-tier HR & Talent Recruiter to work on a casual, on-call basis. Whenever we need new talent (e.g. customer support, VAs, Managers, personal assistants, designers, Amazon experts), you'll step in to quickly find, screen, and deliver the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

Understand job briefs and requirements

Source top freelancers from platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.

Conduct initial interviews

Shortlist highly relevant candidates fast (24–72 hrs)

Requirements:

Strong recruitment experience (remote/freelance hiring)

Excellent interview and sourcing skills

Quick, responsive, and reliable

Fluent English

Pay: $10USD/hour
