About Us:
ADG is a pioneering, remote-first startup dedicated to transforming the autism diagnostic journey for families and individuals across the U.S. Through our innovative telehealth model, we provide accessible, accurate, and compassionate autism diagnoses from the comfort of home. As we grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to help us build a team that’s as passionate about impact as it is about excellence.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a mission-aligned Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to drive our hiring efforts and attract top-tier clinical and administrative talent. You’ll be the bridge between our team leads and high-potential candidates, helping ensure that every new hire reflects our values of empathy, innovation, and quality care. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiation—with a strong emphasis on behavioral health, telehealth, and operational roles.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Ability to work EST or PST hours.
The Process:
As part of the interview process, we will expect you to do a small presentation so please only apply if you are able to do a presentation. Also, as we get a lot of interview requests, in your request, please indicate why this would be a good opportunity for you, a little about your background and, most importantly, what is the answer to 3+9. Yes, its a very simple answer, but we want someone who will pay attention to details and be interested in this job.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the recruiting process for clinical roles (e.g., psychologists, speech therapists, care coordinators)
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles.

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Resourceful and able to manage multiple openings independently
Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment platforms
Private, professional home office setup
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
