Afternoon Hours | Remote | 20 Hours/Week | Real Estate Admin Support
Are you detail-obsessed, reliable, and ready to support a fast-paced TC Business with confidence? A Missouri-based TC Business is growing and looking for a Virtual Assistant who’s on top of their game to assist with transaction support, marketing, and executive-level organization.
Role Responsibilities:
You’ll assist our client's Transaction Coordinators and help keep the backend of their business running smoothly by:
- Intaking and setting up new transactions
- Managing compliance for all files (documents, deadlines, audit support)
- Providing listing support: draft prep, MLS coordination, and seller communication
- Creating basic marketing content using templates (flyers, social media graphics)
- Helping document SOPs and streamline operations with executive-level admin support
Schedule:
~20 hours/week
Required hours: 1 PM – 5 PM CST, Monday–Friday
Ideal Candidate:
- Has real estate admin or TC experience (MLS, compliance, listings, Dotloop/Skyslope, etc.)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills — nothing falls through the cracks with you
- Self-managed, reliable, and thrives in a remote work setting
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Docusign, etc.
- Wants long-term growth with a team that values your contribution
