Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Sales – Engage warm leads, understand their needs, present Eve Health’s GLP-1 program, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly conversion goals.
Member Support – Resolve questions on orders, billing, shipping, and program logistics with empathy and accuracy; escalate medical or HIPAA-sensitive issues to clinical staff when needed.
Follow-Up & Retention – Conduct scheduled check-ins with new members to encourage continued program adherence and upsell complementary services.
CRM & Documentation – Log every interaction in our CRM, maintain meticulous records, and tag common pain points to inform product and marketing teams.
Process Improvement – Spot recurring issues, suggest workflow tweaks, and participate in quality-assurance coaching.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of call-center sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Flawless, native-level English for both spoken and written communication.
Demonstrated excellence in phone-based consultative selling and objection handling.
Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and VoIP/soft-phone systems.
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm Pacific (occasional weekend or evening coverage during campaigns).
High-speed internet, a quiet home workspace, and a professional headset.
Commitment to handling protected health information in compliance with HIPAA.
