Instagram DM Appointment Setter

IMMEDIATE NEED-- INTERVIEW FRIDAY, MAY 30th-- APPLY NOW
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation and social media outreach efforts. This role involves managing direct message (DM) conversations on Instagram, identifying potential leads, and scheduling calls for our business. You’ll be responsible for initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations with local business owners, following up with prospects, and ensuring the pipeline stays active and organized.

This role is Monday - Saturday 7am-6pm, Mountain Standard Time, Do not apply if you can't work the hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage DM outreach on Instagram, engaging with prospects using provided scripts.
Qualify leads by asking thoughtful questions to identify pain points and potential fit.
Schedule and confirm appointments in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of, type oranges in your subject so i know you read all of this, conversations and lead statuses in a CRM.
Provide regular updates on outreach progress and suggest improvements to the process.
Keep improving on "setting" skills and characteristics (the better your become, the more you will earn)


PAY STRUCTURE:
$300 base pay:
- $50 per close
- After 4 closes, $100 bonus
- After 6 closes, $100 bonus
- After 8 closes, $100 bonus
- After 10 closes, $150 bonus

REQUIREMENTS:
Have great wifi
Speak/write great in English
Show up professionally
Hungry to earn commissions
Setting Experience
Key communication skills (able to read and understand a conversation very easily)
