[work from home] Phone Sales Representative

INTRO
This is a huge opportunity with our growing company ---------- . We are a quickly growing American company. Customers calling us for a quote are growing faster than we can manage, which means the Phone Sales Representative is a very important role that can grow with the company quickly and make quite a bit! Plus, we just finished building a custom AI agent that answers our inbound calls--making your job much easier, plus a great opportunity to work with some cutting edge AI technology. And us, as an AI marketing company.

QUICK BACKGROUND
We're a remote team and online ‘work from home’ company, and our website is ---------- . We also own about 90 other referral websites / lead generation websites for real estate contractors. This means that US customers call our websites wanting quotes, and then we pair them with contractors who can give them a quote, the contractors pay us for the phone calls, which is what we need your help with. Make sense?

Previously, a sales rep would answer calls from leads (the US customers) but now the AI agent does it. You'd also call contractors to send them one free lead in exchange for scheduled sales phone calls (we call these a ‘talk about’), where the goal is to email an estimate.

PHONE SALES MANAGER MORE INFO
-Urgently hiring
-answer up to 500 calls per month (no longer needed, just watch the AI do the hard work and keep track of the data or listen to the call links).
-Train with Sales manager / supervisor (Anne) and send End-of-day reports to leadership
-contact new real estate contractors to send leads to, then schedule formal sales call (with me, and then later with you once you gain experience)
-If no answer, you must text and be very available as much as possible during US business hours and evenings to make the most you can.
-Base of 20k + plus commission, which will make 30-50k after your commissions. Once you've gained experience you will be paid 20% of the sale. The sale is often $1,000, so that single sale would make you $200/10000 php.

WAGE / SALARY:
-20,000 php base salary
-20% of new sales closed per month, then 7.5%-15% of recurring sales for following months (You should be earning ---------- after training after commissions, otherwise it's not a good fit)
-full-time ‘employee package’ after 3 months (wifi stipend, electronics upgrade, travel to team retreats, double pay if you work on Filipino Holidays etc)
-other benefits, such as emergency loan options and more after 12 months
-Your first 10000 earned commissions each month are disregarded, this allows us to pay the base of 20000. Commission earned over 10000 will be added on top of your base pay.
-We will help you get to 30,000php as soon as possible after your 2 week training, and if you're not making that much or more, then it may not be a good fit anyway.
-This year, the best month for a sales rep was 63,630.40 php, which was paid in March. Normally summer months make it easier to earn more than in March, too!

WHY IT’S FUN TO WORK AT ---------- ?
-We organize Team Retreats 2+ times per year. You will meet the managers and other members of the team.
-You will get a gadget incentive (phone or computer upgrade) after your 3rd month working for us if things are going well. We will pay for your wi-fi, too after 3 months!
-We offer a home office annual stipend worth 4,000 PHP. You can use it to upgrade your workspace/office at home. This can be bought by the company online and shipped to you or we can reimburse at the end of the month during the pay period. This applies to all full-time and part-time tea ---------- mbers.

QUALIFICATIONS (not required, but means we might be a good match):

-Previous Sales Experience
-Working from Home Full-time Experience
-Familiar with the Real Estate Industry
-Have worked for commission before
-A goal to earn more than 60,000 per month.
-Have a dedicated work space without distractions
