SEO Specialist – SJV Cleaning
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join SJV Cleaning, Adelaide’s highest-rated commercial and residential cleaning company. Your role will be to improve our search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads by implementing and managing a data-driven SEO strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

Optimise existing website content and create new landing pages where necessary.

Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements (e.g., site speed, indexing, crawlability).

Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and strategic outreach.

Track and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.

Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Identify and fix on-page and off-page SEO issues affecting rankings.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record of ranking websites on Google, especially for local or service-based businesses.

Experience optimising for Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business).

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.

Ability to conduct in-depth SEO audits and create actionable recommendations.

Familiarity with WordPress and ability to edit or create optimised pages as required.

Proficient in tools such as:

SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, RankMath/Yoast, Google Tag Manager.

Understanding of local SEO strategies and citation building.

Ability to assess and improve site structure, page speed, and mobile usability.
