GHL Automation, Video Editor, Social Media and graphic design

Key Responsibilities:
* GoHighLevel Automation & CRM:
* Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows within GoHighLevel to streamline business processes (e.g., lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment setting).
* Manage and maintain client relationships within GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring accurate data and effective communication strategies.
* Develop and implement sales funnels and marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Video Editing for Multiple Platforms:
* Edit engaging and high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
* Possess a strong understanding of different platform requirements and best practices for video optimization.
* Add professional intros, outros, lower thirds, call-to-actions, and background music.
* Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all video content.
* Graphic Design:
* Create compelling visual content for social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
* Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
* Maintain brand consistency across all design elements.
* Communication & General Administrative Support:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
* Proactively manage schedules, emails, and other administrative tasks as needed.
* Research and gather information to support various projects.
* Collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and external partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
* Expert-level proficiency with GoHighLevel is a must, including automation, CRM, funnels, and campaigns.
* Demonstrable expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).
* Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
