You’ve got an exceptional eye for detail and storytelling. You understand how to cut content for conversions, not just aesthetics. Your work doesn’t just look good — it feels right and moves people to take action.
You’re fluent in TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and branded social cuts. You’re confident turning raw footage into polished, platform-native content that actually performs. Trends don’t overwhelm you — you know when to follow and when to lead.
???? You’ll Need:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
A strong portfolio of punchy short-form content (social media reels, brand videos, behind-the-scenes edits, etc.)
Ability to work with branded templates, text overlays, music sync, subtitles and transitions
Strong communication and fast turnarounds — no ghosting, no fluff
A sense of humour, timing, and taste — your edits make people stop scrolling
???? You’ll Be Editing:
Social-first content for high-growth brands (think bold, clean, and conversion-driven)
Behind-the-scenes shoots, brand campaigns, and day-in-the-life reels
Some storytelling, some product — all sharp, purposeful and strategic
???? Bonus Points If You:
Have agency or freelance experience with service-based brands
Know how to collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters
Can help storyboard or pitch a visual content idea
