REI Reply CRM Expert – Setup Campaigns, Tags, SMS, Triggers

We’re seeking an experienced REI Reply user to help set up our CRM for real estate wholesaling. This includes:
• Designing a clean pipeline flow (lead stages)
• Tag system for leads and follow-ups
• Building SMS campaigns + triggers
• Setting up the built-in cold calling dialer
• Connecting with Google Sheets (optional)
• Making the system ready for VA use

You must have:
• 6+ months of experience working in REI Reply or GoHighLevel for real estate investors
• Experience building workflows for lead intake and seller follow-up
• Strong knowledge of TCPA-compliant SMS campaigns
• Bonus: Experience integrating REI Reply with Carrot or Zapier

Project: 5–10 hours initial setup, with possible ongoing support
Budget: $100–200 for setup (negotiable based on experience)
