and residential communities to provide reliable and hygienic pet waste removal services.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact
apartment complexes and property managers. Your goal will be to introduce our services and
set up appointments for our team to provide quotes. This role is ideal for someone with strong
communication skills who is comfortable with outbound calling and rejection.

Responsibilities:
*Call a list of apartment complexes and speak to property managers or decision-makers
* Introduce Jota Clean Paws and explain our pet waste management services
* Ask key qualifying questions to gauge interest
*Schedule appointments for a follow-up or on-site quote
*Update call logs and appointment information accurately

Requirements:
Must speak fluent English with a clear, professional phone presence
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or phone sales preferred
Comfortable using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track progress
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable with consistent availability
Must have a quiet environment for calling and a reliable internet connection

Performance Expectations:
This is a performance-based role. If you are not consistently setting appointments or showing
strong communication and results, we reserve the right to end the position. However, if you
perform well, set quality appointments, and help bring in closed deals, there is room for growth
within the company. High performers may be considered for expanded roles and additional
responsibilities over time
