We're Hiring: Part-Time Accountants (QuickBooks Online Experience Preferred)
Join the BA3 Accounting team

BA3 Accounting is growing, and we’re on the lookout for six skilled accountants to join our remote team. If you have experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), even better, but it’s not a dealbreaker if you’re a fast learner with a solid accounting background.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping

CPA (preferred)

Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (preferred)

Availability for at least 10 hours per week, with hours overlapping U.S. business hours

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

A collaborative attitude and willingness to grow with us

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks

Reconciling accounts

Assisting with financial reporting

Supporting clients with clean, organized financials

Other general accounting duties as needed

What We Offer:

Flexible hours – start with 10 hours/week and scale up as we grow together

Pay range: $6–$12 USD/hour, depending on experience
