We’re a financial operations and advisory firm serving ABA therapy businesses across the U.S. Our mission is to help owners get financial clarity and control — without the complexity of an in-house finance team. We work in QuickBooks Online, use Keeper for workflows, and believe in clean processes, tight books, and smart systems.
About This Project
We need someone who can come in and lead a systems and process buildout for our bookkeeping function. This is a project role to start — not just doing the work, but creating the systems and training so that our team can do it right, every time. If it’s a strong fit, this may turn into a long-term operational leadership opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing our current client workflows and identifying gaps or inefficiencies
- Creating clear SOPs for our team: QBO procedures, close checklists, folder structure, naming conventions, and more
- Setting up Keeper to track work across clients and improving how we use it
- Designing simple QA processes so we catch issues before closing books
- Training our team (including offshore bookkeepers) to follow new workflows
- Supporting the setup of new client files quickly and accurately
Who You Are
- You know QuickBooks Online inside and out, across multiple clients
- You’ve worked with Keeper or similar tools (Karbon, Jetpack Workflow, Financial Cents)
- You like organizing chaos into something repeatable and clear
- You’ve created SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, or training materials for bookkeeping or accounting
- You communicate clearly and write strong English
- You’re comfortable managing a mini project and seeing it through
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or insurance (especially ABA or outpatient services)
- Experience working with or leading offshore bookkeeping teams
- Background as a controller, ops lead, or consultant implementing new systems
To Apply
- Send a short intro about your background and relevant experience
- Include a sample SOP or Loom video if you have one (optional, but encouraged)
- Tell us what you think the top 3–5 deliverables should be in your first month — this is part of the screening process
