Our mission is to educate and empower families, professionals, and business owners with tools for financial independence and legacy creation. We’re seeking a skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help us grow with efficiency and excellence.

Who You Are:
You are fluent in English, culturally aware of U.S. professional norms, and confident communicating across multiple channels. You’re a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset. You love structure but thrive when solving problems independently. You’re highly familiar with social media and technology tools and ready to take on a multifaceted role that grows with you.

Responsibilities:
-Schedule prospect and client meetings (via Zoom/Calendly and Zoho CRM)
-Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
-Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools to help with copywriting, scripting, content generation, and workflows
-Create and manage automations using Zoho Suite (CRM, Bookings, Campaigns, etc.)
-Conduct light research, draft email responses, and manage client follow-up tasks
-Contribute ideas to improve marketing campaigns and operational flow

Desired Skills:
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Proficiency with ChatGPT and generative AI tools
-Familiarity with social media marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
-Experience with Zoho Suite or similar CRM/automation platforms
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
-Confident working independently with little supervision

Preferred Experience:
-Content creation or copywriting for U.S.-based brands
-Familiarity with U.S. culture and financial language
